RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

READY TO WEAR

If you are unsatisfied with an item purchased from Mrs Pomeranz, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order (support@mrs-pomeranz.com). We will provide you with the return address and process either an exchange or a refund within 12 days of receiving the returned item. Please ensure that the items are unworn, in the same condition as when you received them, and show no signs of wear.

MADE-TO-MEASURE

We do not offer refunds on made-to-measure orders, because each item is handmade to fit your measurements and we won't be able to resell it in our shop. We can always alter the dress for you for free but we will ask you to pay for the shipping. Please contact us within 3 days after you receive the dress, write us a letter with comments and photos, and send the dress back to our office in Riga. We will alter it within one week and send it back to you.
